More complete statement is:
<Following Noront’s release, Morrison noted that the proposed road would be solely for industrial users, for “developers to go in and get ore and minerals back out”. The proposed plan does not connect to any First Nation communities, and residents of the region would not have access to the road.>
This road is being built to take advantage of natural terrain ( eskers = more solid ground for construction ) then to serve local communities.
Need I repeat that some of the neighbouring communities have shot at their own foot by placing political and environmental impediments to proposed routes? Any revenue sharing with natives should be much less if the route is not close to their places of residence.
Touche. If they want access then should found access or at the very least not impede.
I would also demphasize "solely for industrial users" into Mostly.
As for our sp, the longer it is in the dumps the lower the average cost will be and therefore would serve potential buyers as an argument of how great an offer they are offering us. ( Former FWR owners, Hallo?) So if you buy some shares at this low price you hit two birds with one stone - First you are supporting current price against further depreciation and second, You are averaging down thus improving your profit potential OR lowering already present loss.
p.s. I have been talking about action soon since about the autumn of 2009. Still waiting.
