My advice is more to hold. Buy only to average down to dampen your losses from previous buys, support current sp from dropping further and to take advantage from the take down.

Of course if one is new to this stock, buy a great opportunity that the rest of us may not be able to due to tapping out cash wise.

Noront has a great resource and like cream, can be shaken up but eventually is sure to rise.
Question is when and under what circumstances.
My only fear is that before it has a time to rise naturally it is bought out based on currently depressed sp.
The sp in my opinion is not brought down mainly to accumulate by dark forces but to keep sp down for likely buy out at some later time.
