Right on, Fossil.
Everyone seems to ignore the fact that the options are not free. As it stands today the everage exercise price of the outstanding options are well north of a dollar.
Also everyone ignores the fact that these options are a good part of the salaries paid to the powers that be. Would some prefer that they were paid in cash instead?
Options are almost always issued to insiders. It would be a very stupid individual who tried to short this stock intending to cover with their options.
On another note, even the options they propose at .46 are of no use to them unless they get the price north of .50. I have been accumulating, and at the market price as low as .34 this morning. If they get to exercise those options, and they will, I will be here (cheering?) them.
Actually anyone who has followed the story knows things are going to happen this year and next, and should be content to let things evolve as they will.
Oh yeah, Did I mention my buy at .34 this morning.
Best regards
K
