at fiscal year ended April 30,2012.Noront in subsequent PP got, on May12/12

$10 million from RCF and $ 1,33 million from BaoSteel for a total $ 11.33 million.

Money from Bao was to let them maintain their ownership percentage.

Unless they spend it all in last three months they SHOULDN'T need to go to market.
