It may not matter here on this forum to concur with that motion. I suspect the majority here are all for it (Check recommendations).
I would insist for this company, as I have mentioned on other forums for other companies, that upper management not only be paid in shares as part of their sallary but that amount of shares should be not less than 10% of annual pay.

What is needed for your motion is at least a few attendees at the meeting to be ready to second your motion OR make it themselves.

Unfortunately for me, I am not able to attend.
