Even if he meant one year for Eagle's Nest that only means that my argument does not apply to that. It still means that 7 million $s will be burnt up real fast and some means of obtaining more cash will be needed by spring at the latest. We have no quarantee that
infrastructure news will be out by then and if so we may not get the sp boost that most of us would hope. It may take some time for infrastructure news to have it's full effect on sp, at least not as quickly as it would for us here.

Any how it means more dillution and no assurance of stock appreciation by then.
