Agree with you K on most but not on the options.
Options that are obtained are not at a price, it is at no cost to the receiver. If they expire there is just no gain BUT also no loss.
However:
And it is a fairly big however. Should the sp rise significantly they stand to gain way more than you or I on the shares they buy through those options.
It matters not how long and often they have their options expire. What matters is that sooner or later they will come into big profits.

I would have no problem with that IF I saw that they were justly earned ( Nemis imho did) but if I see them obtained mainly on just warming a seat on the board then my temperature goes up. What hits this company had was under a previous helm. This management has done little to deserve not only the options but imho, their salaries while dumping good assets ( Windfall plus ).

Mind you I am all for this company but it is on the assets that it holds and not because of the management. A year or two ago I was for giving the management all the benefits of doubt. I was even in favour of flying under the radar but after all this time my patience grows thin. This is particularly agravating when I feel that they are just sitting on their butts and collecting undeserved potential benefits.

Am still holding all I had, sold not one share and waiting.
