referring to the above:

1. I assume that "road arrangements" means the movement of heavy eqipmwnt;supplies;fuel, housing , etc over a winter road this 12-13 winter thus enabling the start on the portal/ramp, hence enabling the FS schedule. Comment?

2. "construction of the road". I assume that this means the year round road from portal to Webeike??

3. In my above interprtations are correct and hence permitting all but done, then I cant help concluding /speculate that :

a) Infastructure funding (and no/little dilution) in the bag; Joint fed/ON infastructure ( announcement prior to ON election, but after new lib leader selected;

b) FS economics was low- balled;

c) dilution not coming ?

d) FN land ownership/rights legislation announced "soon" by Feds and gets FN onside.
