Meet and greet the junior miners

The Ontario Prospectors Association's annual Exploration and Geoscience Symposium is set for Nov. 6-7 inSudbury.

The United Steelworkers Local 6500 Hall on Brady Street is the venue.

The symposium is a forum for members of Ontario's mining and exploration community to gather for the exchange of geoscience and exploration information. Presentations on recent Ontario exploration and new exploration techniques will be presented.

Republic of Mining blogger Stan Sudol is the keynote speaker at the association's 8th annual awards dinner at the Howard Johnson Inn, Nov. 6.
