(this would confirm all mine build targets in the FS); ( "three winters to mine"/- from a previous conversation). "-P.M.

I would also remind readers that six FN organizations promate to NOT's plan have already given their approval of this construction activity; NOT's FS schedule has not been amended despite CLF announced delays, and ON silent incompetence. RR by KWG/CC Group keeps NOT's concentrate transport plan in place, with pipeline as the new plan B. I assume that if the user fee transport assumption price in the FS (43-101) report would have to been announced if changed.
