What was the sp when this BOD took the reins?Also,what year and month did it happen?Also,how many O/S were out at that time?

Hi cappysmart.......On October 27,2008 one day before GM, Richard Nemis agreed to

run common slate of directors,with dissidents that were trying to turf him out.

As of that date Noront had 129.89 Million shares issued and outstanding.

Exact price i dont have but looking at a ten year chart looks that shares were heading

south of $2.00 or below it already.
