What does Maudore want with Windfall? I mean Noront did not want it ( not sufficient gold).
Eagle Hill bought it for a song, and made it more attractive, Hmmm.
So there is something worth while there and Maudore recognizes it.
That it is demonstrated to be worth while and there is an interested company to prove it Noront not only should be holding on to their share but buy back some of it.
I think it is a better approach then buying back shares from sale of a valuble resource. I also think that a share buy back would only be a small and temporary relief to the sp.
