I do not know if you are aware ( that you are closer to the truth) but the Mayans are being misrepresented by all who say it is the end of the world.
Mayans said that it is the end of this world but the gods will recreate it into a new one (new calendar).
The short of it is = End of one and a new beggining.

So Notsters, there is hope for us also.
