thats right......WASTE IT...SO THEY CAN ASK , OR TAKE MORE'

i think the point would be that at least there's an audit to show us how the $$$ the spent. it's up to the individual tax payer to assign his/her owns adjectives/nouns describing these expenditures.

that's democracy in that you can eventually vote those in office, out.
