"Does anyone think we will get at least the 4$ per shares promises by WES"

Anything could happen....except maybe that. I don't see NOT fetching over a buck unless there is competition. The way the big fish have been slicing through the schools of little fish it just seems that there is no longer a market for healthy takeover prices and the market has been conditioned to accept this. The market is so affraid that it will take any quick gain it can get so the companies go cheaply. It's a very sad time for investors and more than biz as usual for traders.

Companies just don't offer 1200% premiums on purchasing another company.
