It would seem to me that they are going to add one..maybe two more layers of red tape..more delays... all influenced by the fact that they have no money. This lip-service will last thru to the next election...and then the new guys will need a year or so to get it together. I hope I am wrong but I dont see infastructure announcments for 18-24 months. Sleep tight crazydik.
