Now just to be totally cynical here....and to hypothesize a conspiracy theory.... I look at the N/S route as a spigot that they can turn at any time to an east E/W route.....and suddenly all systems will green light, the FN's will be happy, suddenly everyone will be on line, CLF will be there too, perhaps after sulking a little, though they would probably have been behind this all of the time while they were dealing behind close doors with the gov't, while simultaneously keeping neighbouring prices down. Now does that sound like a plan or what? The variables are so open as to how to proceed with this that they come in handy to manipulate people into thinking one thing while something else is going on. Slight of hand, distractions, smoke and mirrors. Do you get the impression I trust no one? :) Smell of money brings all creatures to the watering hole. The timid and unsuspecting, the outwardly agressive....and the creatures of stealth. The creatures of stealth, like Clf, gov't, etc., ultimately own the watering hole....they just bide their time to move into position. They're already in the water controlling what everyone else wants.....but they have to pay the price.
