Fully agree. We are no longer an exploration company. Save funds for a focused and tangible development strategy. When you look at the graph of long-term mine development, progressing through the stages from exploration to discovery to development to production, we are at the least glamorous point of the cycle. However, hitting a company that will go from exploration to an outstanding discovery is a crap-shoot in many ways. We are in a much more secure position at this point. Forget the days of the rapid ascent to $7 on hopes and clouds and puppy-dog dreams. We will see growth. It will be slower than those irrational days, but it will be based on substance. All that is needed is patience and discipline. Many here are very, very long-term investors. Talking about patience and discipline is like preaching to the choir. If you're still here, you can last a while longer, and it will be worth it.

Give it twelve months. What would you make on a savings account in the next twelve months? A couple percentage points? I bet that we'll bevery pleasantly surprised about what our NOT portfolios will be worth in February 2014. Just don't be disappointed if nothing spectacular happens for several weeks or months. Give it time.
