RCF % ownnership will be closer to 21.x %; and cost of loan will be apprx. 1.8M shares....... i think.

Thanks Peter...........And the alternative? To raise $15Mill at todays price of $0.255 they would

need to dilute by hefty 60Million shares.They can count on my support on this deal.
