I'm not seeing a great advantage to this in light of their ability to gobble up shares of the company at their discretion in lieu of payment. It sounds like a great way for these guy to take the company bite by bite. And where are these shares coming from that they'll take in payment.....thin air? I always wondered how NOT would be taken on the cheap and this looks like one way to do it to me. Sorry but I don't like these details as the devil is always in them and the bank always wins. Like to here back on this.
