Pretty clear cliffs is getting pissed off, and rightfully so IMO. Our politicians seem to do things at their own pace, and often only to maintain power. It's time they step up and announce to the world what we already know, that the ROF is a go etc. In all my life i've never seen such power given to so many people who can't take the effing bull by the horns and make a friggin decision. Talk talk talk talk talk talk talk talk talk talk. When will we do do do do do do?

I sincerely apologize for the rant, I am more positive about the ROF than I have ever been, but i'm tired of waiting. I know fully well I won't be selling my shares for a minimum of a year or two, but listening to everyone talk about what should be done is exhausting. I lead a hospital that forces me to make decisions with peoples lives at a maximum of a 3hr response. If I had 1 millionth of the "talk time" these kids have we'd be bulldozing the bodies out daily.

GOVERNMENT, suck it up, I know you're scared to do anything but talk amongst yourselves, I know the mere thought of a decision scares you to death, but maybe it's time you wake up, put your big boy pants on, and actually do something productive. Holding your hands and offering encouragement along the way can be arranged................sheesh.
