CLM was taken over for $5 Billion and CLF is now worth only $3 Billion, so some Big Player that wants to take over CLF right now will actually pay less than CLM take over price, so yes even with so many downgrades CLF is right now undervaluated and is easy take over target. We will see how this story unfold and yes ROF part is for sure not included in current CLF price but CLF did so many mistakes lately so as I said on another board time for CLF BOD to say goodbye...
