I`ve said it before, and there it is again for everybody.2015/2017.If we`re lucky ! If all the "troubles" have been resolved satisfactorily by then ( ransom money to avoid blockades,etc,etc ).

From the very day i first started with the ROF,ten years ago,two things were front and center then and haven`t changed.The date...2015/2017.And the "troubles",only back then it was referred to as the "Woodland Caribou". ( All you longs remember THAT old chestnut?) That`s the one the "troubles" brought to,of all places,the United Nations attention,and of course,the front page of the ignorant,anti development Toronto Red Star.

All one has to do is go back to the heady days of 2003 when i used to think to myself,"hell,this thing is just TO rich.We`ll ALL get rich quicker than the projected start up date. Even the "troubles" won`t stop this one. Alas :(

Anyway,check the archives,the dates are there.We were told.

I was just fooled by the "troubles".THAT hasn`t help expedite proceedings.

We were warned a decade ago,and we`re being warned again today.

So once again,barring any miracles,check back in two years and hope for the best.

It`s been a decade now,and they`re pretty well telling us it`ll be another half decade.Hopefully we`ll all still be alive.
