Stratopod........Unless someone can come up with a convincing argument for voting no,

i intend to vote Yes. This is in no way meant to sway anyone else.Each shareholder can

decide on his/her own.My feeling is that without Baosteel's OK this will not fly.

On the other hand if Baosteel ( owning 9.5 % at average price of 0.84) has no problem

with the loan, neither do I.
