1. Either RCF is aquiring shares for BAO under some under the table agreement,

2. BAO would have new shares issued ( dilution)

3. or BAO has no further interest if no other party is involved.

RCF seems involved enough, more than just for a quick profit imho.

To be a fly on one of those insider walls. With my luck lately I would get quickly smacked.
