I have a question about the RCF loan to Noront? The participation right part seems to nulify a shareholders rights plan. Also 2% of the loan value is given to RCF for giving Noront the bridge loan plus 15% if the convertable loan is not approved by shareholders. Know why would a company that is actually a shareholder want to burden Noront even more with all this interest?I can not understand why the board of directors would consider this or is this just a sell-out.
