B-Jay ..... Noront received the money when loan facility closed on Feb25/3013.

The upcoming vote will determine as to how the loan will be treated after one year.

It will either be convertible into shares at $0.45 rate and interest rate going to 8%

from 10% or if the deal is defeated interest will go to 15% for the remaining time.
