Once again TD Waterhouse's Level Two is working fine.......... before 9 AM. But wait for it, it's coming ! About 10 minutes or so, level two will disappear into a few bids and asks which won't be accurate of course.

This calamity has been going on for weeks now and TD's line is that they don't know how to fix it ? You gotta be kidding me, all these techys that work for them and not one can figure it out.

Here, let me help you. It's a scam created by the higher ups at TD, some sort of trading virus, as it were. And it is designed to shutout the retail investor. But not just any retail investor, all the ones that were making money using level two at TD.

And we know that these elitists think that all the money is their's and so we aren't entitled. They do live in a dream world, these so called people, or perhaps a better term for them - designer criminals.

Well, not much to do but to leave TD I guess. Perhaps that is what they want so I'll stick around and bother them every day for a few more weeks. And I do hope that the word is getting out about this skulduggery by TD and possibly others of that ilk. Everyone should know what a bunch of ................... these big banks are.
