"Prior to entering into the Facility, the Company's board of directors approved By-Law No. 2 which is a borrowing by-law and provides the board of directors with the ability to borrow money on behalf of the Company.
The passing of the above resolutions provides the Company the flexibility to consider a broader range of financing options in order to further the development"
Gotta wonder what this ultimately means to the little shareholder in the end play. Could be like entering into a condo agreement and looking forward to having everything looked after until you're told you have to pay for a new roof, overpriced service contractors, yada yada. We'll see when we see. By the way who is our CEO? Who's watching over this BOD? I mean....really.
I think the players have done a great job for themselves. They've outlasted many shareholders who thought that this play would have kicked in a long time ago for big bucks in our pockets. Their calendar was always far more extended than ours. That is why so many companies will get taken out at absurd prices and so many investors who got in high will get hurt. The market has been, continues to be and will be crap for a while so the players have no need to move before they are good and ready. The only thing that will cause them to jump is competition, competition that we thought would kick in a long time ago to bring home our prize.....but the players new what was coming and that they could afford to wait....in addition to them not wanting to spend money too fast in a climate that could likewise hurt them. It's all very complicated and a lot of so called market gurus and experts are shaking their heads wondering what's going on and where to go from here. In the end some folks are going to make a lot of money by getting the timing just right. Someone who just happened in on NOT at .25 may have just managed some great timing. Will they make a double....triple....10 bagger? A ten bagger at .25 sounds pretty good eh? Not to someone who got in at $4. We wait to see. The reality is, with all of these stocks well under a buck.... who's going to refuse even a 5 bagger on .25? Can NOT fetch $5 to $10? Anything is possible but I think something totally miraclulous would have to happen.
Just my thinking.
