ANL, I hope this helps below..

standstill agreement occurs when two or more parties agree not to deal with other parties in a particular matter for a period of time.

(In our case Noront is not to deal with other parties in negotations about a particular matter such as discussions of a mergers or acquisitions, buy-ins etc.....until May 2, 2013)

Well, May 2, 2013 was yesterday and if we don`t get a NR from Noront today...I guess Noront is free to do as they please in negotiations with `other parties.
