Not creative but quite reasonable and objective thinking if you ask my opinion.
Also you have a fact, they drilled unto a neighbours property. What other facts could you need?

I mostly concur with your and some of the other's comments about this not being totally accidental.

YES, a couple of degrees of deviation is not a big deal to make a fuss over BUT what were they doing drilling only 30 meters from the border? And Why?
AHEM! That was no accident.
What is their justification?
Did they drill a bunch of other holes near that border and this one just happened to deviate in that direction?

I think it was a test to see if the ore continues from Noront's claim and to find out in which direction it goes onto Bold's claim.

Perhaps to show others (us) that the chomite ore continues onwards and it is bigger than some suspect.
