After 5 years since Black Thor seems they are starting to talk. Noront expects to have Engineering, Enviromental Assessment, Pre Construction and Financing to be complete in the next 4 or 5 months according to the Jan. 2013 presentation. Is this the year we begin to change the momentum and at least get over a dollar?
