Thanks for that Wally. More proof that the banks and big investment houses are trading criminals. I say, punish them. Put them in jail, send them to the russian front, give them jobs as pig stye cleaners, bury them in the sand up to their necks and let the red ants loose........okay, maybe that's a little much........ or is it ? :-)

Retail investors unite ! Become one and we'll be a force to be reckoned with. Otherwise, we don't have a chance in heck to beat them if the security commissions won't punish them. Stop putting in new rules and start enforcing the old ones.

And by all means, short TD Securities, RBC, Goldman, Merrill and JP. Well see how they like it.
