Message: something to think about.

Peter, you asked about my thoughts about Mick Davis/Xstrata?

I have only guesses when I think that it would make sense for this person to be involved in Noront.

1) Back in the Richard Nemis days there were 4 confidentiality agreements signed:

Vale, Xstrata,Rio Tinto, BHP

2) Xstrata has done some work for KWG

http://www.kwgresources.com/news/index.php?&content_id=271

3)If you go to the Noront Website and look under events you will see one event that stands out as a lone ranger....it is ....

2012-05-03 EUROPE ROADSHOW/MARKETING, LONDON, ZURICH, GENEVA

IF you look at ALL the other events listed for Noront they are either, AGM, PDAC or Specific Mining conferences with specific names .

When I noticed this vague roadshow marketing item...it appeared to me as it was put there to let "others" know.....look who we are visiting. (one guess...London, Switzerland)..Guess who??

I suspected they were visiting Xstrata. Mick Davis resides in London and don't forget:

Xstrata plc (LSE: XTA, SIX: XTAN) was an Anglo-Swiss multinational mining company headquartered in Zug, Switzerland and with its registered office in London, United Kingdom

The month of May 2012, that Noront went to London, & Switzerland was also the month that Xstrata and Glencore announced their proposed merger.
JP Morgan is Noront's Financial adviser and Mick Davis and JP MOrgan go back a long way.

(4) Wes resigned in 2013 and coincidentally Mick Davis is available since he has decided not to stay on after the Glencore/Xstrata Merger.

(5) It's been written recently:

MICK DAVIS, the controversial mining boss who quit Xstrata last week after it was bought by Glencore, has hired Goldman Sachs to raise money to create a new resources giant

(6) With the constant talk of : The Ring of Fire is every 100 years...it's bigger than the oil sands ..It's the focus of the gov't.....Have we not yet realized this is HUGE??

Mick Davis is raising money with Goldman Sachs right now. He is looking to create the next Xstrata. I can't think of a better place to start putting this plan into action then Right Here at Noront.
