Noront has not informed us that they have hired a new PR person ( But I don't recall a NR mentioning Olya was gone in March).

You are right. The article I recently posted does mention a Janice Mandel.

This could be her in this link below:

I notice in the current part of linked in: there is no mention of Noront.

If this is the correct Janice Mandel...maybe they are using her services until the "new ceo "comes on board or maybe Noront hasn't gotten around to announcing this and she hasn't updated her linked-in profile.
