So at the moment, the Eagle Hill shares are worth 1.75 million. Plus the 5 million that Nornt gets up front totals 6.75 million. Assuming that Eagle's SP will go up with this news of 100% ownership of Windfall, Noront's 25 million shares could be worth a lot more.

I like the deal. It wasn't generating any money and now it is. And EAG shareholders should like it also.
