I have no crystal ball but as I mentioned, I thought NOT was not done it's decent. I still think so. I would not be surprised to see NOT hit .18. The last comment is just an assessment based on time before anything material is likely to materialize, the desire of others to acquire shares a lot cheaper and my gut instinct. We wait to see....but if you're buying more, spread out your effort. Just my opinion.
