For me the take away is that; Tobin and Rae and others stepping up recently have the fortitude, experience, and the connections to get this ROF thing done. They have the opportunity and the will to provide the leadership that creates a generational legacy in Ontario. Imo, once committed, they will not fail. It is all going to happen soon enough.
