Actually, I'm not.

Noront and Cliffs both looking for moola to advance this and coincidentally both companies are "looking" for a new Ceo.

Noront is working on financing of the project...looking at various options.

As for Cliffs, it was recently written, " Cliffs hopes to find a partner to share the financial burden of the Ring of Fire'
