It is not in their best interest to satisfy stock traders or common SHs. The majority holders want a low SP to get more % of the company because the mom and pops won't sell their shares to them. They don't want to pay for them so they finance half or more of the company away on the cheaper and cheaper taking more and more. Our only recource is to keep buying the shares away to take advantage of the SP as well. It takes money invested repeatedly to hold on to anything.
