Probably because they keep giving themselves ooddles and oodles of options to cash in when the price is right.
Good evening scarff........Couldn't agree with you more except the price has NOT been
right for some four years.The last batch of options issued on july 15/2013, 4.85 Million
of them have the best chance of being exercised at some point in the future.
If not we are all in deep trouble. There are close to 2 Million options with exercise price of
$0.80 that will most likely expire on Nov.10/2013 unless something drastic happens
before that date.Not sure how many of 1.5 Million of options priced @ $0.62 granted to
Wes Hanson and Gregory Rievely were not vested and worhless.Other than that all
other options are priced from 88 cents to $ 3.90 and high enough that if exercised
would give Noront almost enough cash to pay off RCF loan. We could live with that IMO.
