Message: Aecon has landed

Friends,

I've been able to check the board with less frequency this summer. Actually spent most of May thru July in both Peru and The Phillipines where I have interests in now late-stage mining ops. These investments date back to 2003 and have finally come to bountiful fruition. -For all you longs, that's 10 years.

Being an early investor is painful but the rewards at hand with Noront are something that will result in significant gains for those who have held this long and/or added to their holdings. I expect things to start heating up drastically on the news front going into September on all things ROF.

There has been more activity of late with the FN getting Fed funds for training. All good in my opinion. Better yet, the contractor of choice...AECON.

I do still have an acquantince who works there and we had talked last Friday about the extensive plans AECON is putting together to get their foot in the door first with all things ROF. "Mission accomplished, Aecon has landed" was his comment. His boss has been talking up the Ring of Fire so much both inside and outside of the office.

This I found to be telling of the relationship Aecon is forming with the FN, as they want them to be the first employers on the all season roads. They are also actively engaged in discussing the access route with FN council as they are expertise in where suitable engineering work should even be evaluated, that is,beyond the existing winter road network.
