B-Jay there is also Xstrata who are desperate with their South African problems AND they did have a cozy relation with Noront a few years ago re educating Noront about chromite.

Just to clarify I believe it is Glencore now, and everything I have heard about Glencore is they are not super big on huge capital projects. So I would probably take them off the list for the time being.
