What would a joint venture with Bao and Cliffs look like in respect to Noront and RCF. Would the Eagles nest be just a Noront/RCF item and Bao/Cliffs take control of the chromite? Would/could Noront be a % patner in a Bao/Cliffs/Not/RCF joint venture? Would Noront and RCF be bought out and Cliffs/Bao take over world market?
