Good for KWG and Noront to work together:
"proposal to now complete a trade-off study on mining this from underground, using shared facilities with Noront's underground mining of the Eagle's Nest nickel and PGM deposit."

It does not matter about the financial state of KWG, we are not amalgamating nor one is dependent on the other to further progress. KWG will only benefit from out facilities if the pay for the use of.
