The 5th Ring of Fire Golf Classic

1. Proper dress code is required. No cutoff jeans, tank tops, tee shirts, etc. and all golf shoes must have soft spikes.

2. All golfers must arrive at the golf course no later than 12:15 PM to register & receive welcome gifts, get their assigned carts and do any preparation.

3. Golfers must be in their golf carts and ready to play no later than 12:45 PM.

4. NO alchohol is allowed to be brought on the course. You may only purchase it from the cart girls. We ask that you conduct yourself in a proper manner should you drink while golfing. We are liable for any damages caused to the golf carts or golf course. Thank you.

5. Please replace all your divots in the fairways & around the greens and repair all your ball marks on the greens.

6. Please play ready golf and stay close to the group in front of you. All rounds should be completed by 6 PM.

7. Team captains are responsible for marking in all golf stats on your custom made Strato-Scorecards, as well the score on each hole and for turning in their scorecards at the end of the round.

8. This a Scramble format or what is referred to by some as a BestBall format. - All selected shots on fairways and in the rough may be played within a clublength of the selected shot even if it brings your ball out of the rough. However, any shots selected that are in a sandtrap, must remain there for the next shot.

- If all four players hit their shots into a water hazard, out of bounds or into the abyss, please play your next shot from the nearest point of entry of your selected shot and add one penalty stroke to your score.

- All shots on the greens or green fringes can be played within 4 inches of the selected ball. Do not putt the ball into the hole until you are completing the hole. Spot your ball with a marker until then. Otherwise the hole is deemed to be completed regardless if any other player still has a chance to make the previous putt.

9. All men will play from the Blue tees at 5723 yds but it has a slope rating of 131. So it may be short but it will be very challenging.

10.All Ladies will play from the Red tees at 4517 yds and 115 slope rating. So it has some length but not too difficult. But there are some shots over water and stuff.

11. Longest Strato-Drive hole for Men & Ladies is the par five # 5th hole and the Closest to the Strato-Pin hole for Men & Ladies is the par three # 16th hole, over the pond. It’s a short hole.

12. Upon completion of your round, please prepare quickly for dinner which will be served in buffet format starting at 6:30 PM.

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE !!
