Message: Importance of stray core

I agree that the strayed core will never see official daylight.

To me it appears that it is mostly favourable to KWG to have a tunnel through the ore to KWG property. I mean why dig two shafts if one will do and Noront has to make one anyways for the nickel.

The combined undergroung access would allow KWG to benefit for economic and environmental reasons as it does to Noront.

However, as to who gave the suggestion or proposal to KWG, I suspect that it has not originated at Noront but a group doing an assesment or feasibility study to KWG. The evidence to me of whom is by whom the stray core was drilled.

The implication by KWG that They received a proposal is just political correctness of some thing that they initiated. All mho.
