Ken puts more time and energy into this than anyone can imagine. Not only that but, I'm sure I can speak for Larry and Francis, he's really fun to work with. And omg - the music was fabulous as was the dancing! I've already warned Ken not to put up any pictures of me :)

There were lots of new faces this year and my observation is that the people who choose to come to this event are invariably interesting and knowledgeable about the mining business. Also those of you who usually attend but couldn't this time - you were missed.

It was truly a great time. As an aside, nothing to do with the wine we consumed at the dinner of course, but in my wisdom I managed to leave both my iPhone and iPad on the dinner table. Didn't get much sleep that night as my life flashed before my eyes. Called in the morning and the wonderful staff had retrieved them and stored them safely!

Thanks to everyone and, Ken - none of this would have ever happened without you.

It's been such a pleasure and hope to see y'all next year! Or sooner, whatever.....
