I agree 100% Edgy so what do we as shareholders do to stop this abuse? Between the 6 top executives we spend a toal of $2,140,503.00 for total compensation; Paul Parissotto, Wes Hanson, Gregory Rieveley, Paul Semple, ( My Favorite we can clearly do without, LOL ) Glenn Nolan & lastly Mark Baker. What other penny stock do you know that spends this kind of money on salaries not to mention the other staff / directors etc.? All we can do is withhold our votes and vote against. United we MUST stand!

I would suggest going to the AGM for those who live close by and give management a piece of our minds. I have been to the last 2 or 3 AGM, poor attendance by the average shareholder. I'm really hoping that RCF, David Thomas who seams to have cleaned up the B of D can improve things.
