The Kaiser Bottom Fish Article From 2007 talks about the size of the find but I do not consider that as important AS the Quality of it.

Even if it was one tenth the size ( $ value) that we presently know of, it still would be a mine some day.
The size of it would be smaller and would be more dependent on infrastructure to be provided before the mine was developed, but it would happen.

Why you ask?
Return on investment.
That is due to the quality of the ore. Value per ton if it makes things clearer.

Spend a buck and get several back. Not too many places do you get such returns. Well many did on the stock markets before present economic blunder, not now or Very rarely.
